Rent Payment Options

In a continuous effort to go green, Boston Properties encourages tenants to switch to “e-statements” in which monthly rent statements will be sent directly to your e-mail address as a PDF attachment. In order to do so, we will need the following information:

Tenant Name
Tenant Number
E-mail Address
(we can accommodate up to 5 e-mail addresses)

Please send the requested information to the Property Management email at salesforcetower@bostonproperties.com. We ask that you allow at least 2 statement cycles before receiving your first e-statement. During this transition period, you will continue to receive paper statements. 

 

Below are the options available for submitting your rental and/or related service payments to the Bank of America Lock Box.
