HVAC

Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) services are provided from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday (except holidays), and from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays.  

If you require HVAC outside the times indicated above, an authorized administrator from your office will be required to make a request via www.bptenantservices.com. Overtime HVAC requests must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of the actual date and time required. Weekend requests must be submitted by Friday at noon. If the Management Office is closed in observance of a holiday, the request needs to be submitted by noon on the last business day prior to the holiday.

Under Floor Air Distribution (UFAD)

The UFAD system is a unique feature of the building. Certain floors can be found with adjustable diffusers built in for occupant comfort. For optimum use, avoid placing plants or furniture within close proximity of a diffuser.
